Our Mission

S.F. Shannon is a property management company doing business exclusively in the City of St. Louis, Missouri (U.S.A.).

We specialize in the management of multifamily apartment buildings located in some of St. Louis' most interesting historic neighborhoods. Most of our apartments are efficiencies and one-bedrooms.

We strive to provide clean, affordable housing in buildings that are well-maintained and "good neighbors."

Company Profile

Our business is 35 years old, hands-on, and family-run. Harold Karabell is the company's general manager. Keith Wadley heads the maintenance department.

S.F. Shannon Real Estate Management LLC is a member of  the St. Louis Association of Landlords.
