Both of the buildings pictured above are across the street from one of the nation's Victorian treasures, Tower Grove Park. In fact, Tower Grove Park is one of the nation's only parks listed as a National Historic Landmark.

The buildings above are only two blocks from the Missouri Botanical Garden, which not only is a magnificent garden but a world-renowned research facility.

In the Compton Heights neighborhood, we manage one building, pictured below. This building, numbered 3206-08 Shenandoah, has a commercial space on the first floor, and five beautiful and unusual apartments. Rentals range from $400 to $950 per month. All  include a gas range, frost-free refrigerator and air conditioning. Most include utilities in the rental price.
