Most apartments in The Lindell Park are studios. Rents range from $425 to $700 per month (depending on size), and include a stove, refrigerator, air conditioner and all utilities. There is a laundry room in the basement. Free permit parking is available on the street in front of the building.

The Lindell Park is across the street from St. Louis University, one of the nation's outstanding universities and home of the St. Louis Billikens.

All of the apartments in The Fremont are studios, with rents ranging from $400 to $450 per month (again, depending on size). Rents here include a stove, refrigerator, air conditioning and all utilities. There is a laundry room in the basement. For a small additional fee, parking is available in a numbered lot next to the building.

The Fremont is on two bus lines with direct access to MetroLink, our city's rail transportation system. It is across the street from a shopping center that includes a full-service, 24-hour grocery store.

The Cambridge, 4917-19 McPherson, St. Louis, MO 63108

The Cambridge is in the heart of one of St. Louis' most desirable neighborhoods, the Central West End. The Central West End is home to numerous shops, restaurants, and one of the greatest collections of historic homes in the Midwest.

The Cambridge is one mile north of Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the Washington University Medical Center. It is convenient to several bus lines and MetroLink, the city's regional rail transit system.

The Cambridge was built in 1900 as a 12-family apartment building. During the Great Depression, the building was divided into its current configuration of 50 rooming-house style apartments, averaging a mere 300 square feet each.

No two apartments are alike at The Cambridge, but each has a private bath, stove and refrigerator. Most rents range from $360 to $500 per month, and include air conditioning and all utilities.

A laundry room is in the upper lobby.
